Prepare your arrival

• Hotel Vrythof has no reception: your arrival & departure are handled entirely digitally.
• Online check-in is mandatory. The link to prepare your stay can be found in your confirmation email.
• Valid payment details are required. Without a valid payment method, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
• On the day of arrival, once your room is ready, you will receive your digital key by email and WhatsApp.
• Are your contact details correct (email address & telephone number + country code)? Otherwise, you will not receive any messages and possibly no digital key either.
• Make sure you have an internet connection. The digital check-in is completed online; you can also use the hotel’s Wi-Fi network

PARKING AT HOTEL VRYTHOF

Hotel Vrythof does not have a private parking space available. Are you coming by car? Then reserve your parking space in advance at Q-Park Entre Deux or Q-Park Frontenpark. Guests of Hotel Vrythof are guaranteed a parking space this way.

Parking tip for December: In the month of December, Q-Park Entre Deux is extra busy. That is why we recommend choosing Q-Park Frontenpark. This way you are guaranteed a parking space and avoid waiting times at the payment machine.

From Q-Park Frontenpark, you can walk via the atmospheric light route to Blanche Dael in about one minute. Upon showing your parking reservation, you will receive two free cups of coffee there. This promotion is valid until January 3, 2027.

Entering and exiting the parking garage is easy based on your license plate. This way you can start your stay in Maastricht carefree.
